How to Fix An iPhone Stuck on Apple Logo?

“Can u assist with my iPhone 8, it stuck on Apple logo for like 30 sec and go back switch off mode. How can I fix it?”

Several days ago, one friend sent me this message on Facebook, to look for a solution for his iPhone stuck on Apple logo. Since this situation occurs frequently after restore, reset, update or jailbreak, here we would like to share this post with four ways to fix an iPhone or iPad stuck on Apple logo.

Solution #1. Forcibly restart your iPhone

This might be the simplest way--if it works--to fix this issue just by turning your iPhone off and on again. So, how to restart an iPhone?

For iPhone 8 or X models: Press and release the Volume Up button, then press and release the Volume Down button, finally press and hold the Power button until you see the Apple logo.
For iPhone 7 Plus and 7: Press and hold the Power button + Volume Down button until you see the Apple logo.
For iPhone 6S or older models: Press and hold the Power button + Home button until the Apple logo appears.

Solution #2. Fix iPhone Stuck at Apple Logo via Recovery Mode

If restarting the iPhone doesn’t work, you can get rid of such problem by putting your device into Recovery mode. It simply allows connecting your iPhone with iTunes to restore your device to factory settings with iOS latest version without modifying the data on the device. Follow below steps to put your iPhone 8/Plus/X in Recovery Mode:

1.Connect your device to the computer and launch iTunes.
2.Press and release the Volume Up button and then the Volume Down button. Then, press and hold the Power button until you see the connect to iTunes screen.
3.Now you get two options: Restore or Update iPhone. You can go ahead with the preferred option.

Solution #3. Solve iPhone Frozen on Apple Logo via DFU Mode

Selecting DFU (Device Firmware Update) mode means your problem will be resolved easily. This is a strong solution which is far better than previous one for restoring your iPhone. This process may delete all your data so it is recommended to do this process after you have backed up all data. This process will completely erase every data from your iPhone.

DFU mode for iPhone 8/Plus/X:
1.Connect your iPhone to a computer. Make sure iTunes is running.
2.Turn off your iPhone, if it isn’t.
3.Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds.
4.Press the Volume Down button along with the Power button for 10 seconds.
5.Leave the Power button but keep holding the Volume Down button for about 5 seconds.
6.If the screen of your device remains black and doesn’t display anything, it means you have successfully entered DFU mode. If you see the Apple logo or Connect to iTunes prompt, it means you are not in DFU Mode. You will have to repeat the process from step 1.
7.Now follow the instructions on iTunes to restore your device.
